With almost 70 golf courses in Northeast Ohio, Clevelanders know their way around the green. A clear summertime favorite for our community, golf is a sport where players use various clubs to hit balls into designated holes on a course.

During the 2024 Pan-American Masters Games, we’re excited to welcome international masters athletes to our fine fairways and hope our competitors sink every putt and come in under par.

With all the golf course options around Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. it was a tough choice but we picked the best of the best for our masters golfers. All of our selected courses are within the Cleveland Metroparks.

Sleepy Hollow Golf Course

Sleepy Hollow Golf Course, owned and operated by Cleveland Metroparks, was named one of Golfweek’s top five courses to play in Ohio.

Sleepy Hollow has been the site for many amateur and professional events including qualifying events for United State Golf Association (USGA) Championships and Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship, which is hosted every other year.

Manakiki Golf Course (Finals only)

Manakiki Golf Course was designed by Scottish-born American golf course designer Donald Ross and is operated by the Cleveland Metroparks.

Much of the course’s original character remains from the classic design and offers several challenges to golfers including doglegs, water hazards, up-and-down shots, back-to-back par 5s, short, long, tight, and open holes and two canyon holes.

Manakiki’s rich history is marked by its stately maple trees lining the fairways and surrounding the 200 acre course.
