Get to know the 2024 Pan-American Masters Games staff! This group is working incredibly hard to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all masters athletes traveling to Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. to compete in the Games.
Rachael Stentz-Baugher is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Pan-American Masters Games. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in recreation and sport management and has 25 years of experience producing and managing major events. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys adventure travel, singing in a feminist chorus and spending time with her family.
Luis Castellano is responsible for coordinating the recruitment of athletes for the Pan-American Masters Games. He graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in sports administration. In his spare time, Luis enjoys hanging out with his friends and trying out new restaurants.
Steve Dunn is responsible for overseeing all athlete recruitment and athlete services, and managing the Athlete Advisory Committee for the Pan-American Masters Games. He graduated from Hiram College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. In his spare time, Steve enjoys golfing, weightlifting and coaching youth sports.
Noah Evans is responsible for coordinating all sports and competition elements for the Pan-American Masters Games. He graduated from The University of Dayton with a bachelor’s in marketing. In his spare time, Noah enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as participating in recreational sports.
Garrett Hooker is responsible for coordinating sponsorship relationships for the Pan-American Masters Games, as well as activating partner assets leading up to and during the event. He graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in sports administration. In his spare time, Garrett enjoys hiking, experiencing the great outdoors as well as watching and playing various sports.
Mallory Ladd is responsible for the coordination and recruitment of all volunteers for the Pan-American Masters Games. She graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in sports science. In her spare time, she likes to go support all things Cleveland sports with her friends downtown.
Brenna Lorek is responsible for coordinating and assisting with various programming initiatives for the Pan-American Masters Games. She graduated from Notre Dame College with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and a master’s degree in business administration from Tiffin University. In her spare time, Brenna enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dogs and traveling.
Monica McKie is responsible for coordinating operational efforts, including venue assessments, equipment and scheduling of events for the Pan-American Masters Games. She graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and sports leadership. In her spare time, she loves to attend Cleveland sporting events and spending time with her puppy, Ruby.
Matt Sajna is responsible for coordinating the overall operations and logistics of the Pan-American Masters Games. He graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in business. In his spare time, Matt enjoys live music, traveling to visit new cities and being active outdoors by cycling, running and playing beach volleyball.
Jamison Schroeder is responsible for coordinating media relations, communications, marketing and social media efforts for the Pan-American Masters Games. He graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in sport management. In his spare time, Jamison enjoys collecting sports memorabilia and exploring all the hidden gems Cleveland has to offer.
Marie Scovron is responsible for overseeing all competition elements of the Pan-American Masters Games. She graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree, the University of Arizona with a master’s degree and Marquette University Law School with a Juris Doctorate. She is most excited about providing athletes with lifetime memories all while showcasing her hometown, Cleveland.
